ESET Online Scanner crashes after updating and before scanning
Running the EOS on win 11x64 pro. Every time I tried to run a scan, it crashed during or right after finishing downloading the module updates before the scan started. Impossible to uninstall online scanner, how do I remove it?
Anyway it calims three ways to remove the Online scanner. All of which is false. It doesn't appear in the programs list, the app itself doesn't provide an option to uninstall on exit, and there's no"OnlineScannerUninstaller.exe" in its purported locations. I also tried Eset AV remover, but it seems like it doesn't recognize the company's own ...

Les autres Tools sont 100% compatibles avec les OS actuels (XP et Vista/7) Les scans en ligne comme les antivirus en eux memes ont chacuns leurs bases de données et il suffit qu'une infection présente sur ton pc ne soit pas pris en charge par Nod32 et il passera a coté sans vouloir dire qu'il est"inéfficace" .

Hi Marco, I do have another free AV as my primary AV, but ive always used ESET online scanner as a second opinion scanner, so that was always the case while this problem only started when I upgraded from w10 to 11

ESET Online Scanner is crashing after module update, will not scan
The program is repeatedly telling me to update the module, and then will do 4/4 updates and the program immediately closes after completion. Sometimes it lets me get to the"Full Scan" page, when I click full scan it also closes.
